Privacy

This service collects documents on behalf of an accounting firm. It stores: the firm's email address; the client's name and email; the checklist; and the files a client uploads.

Files are stored encrypted at rest by the hosting provider and are served only to the firm that requested them, through a session that requires a sign-in link sent to the firm's own email address. A client link grants access to one request only.

No third-party analytics, no advertising tags, no cross-site tracking. Server logs record the request line and are used to keep the service running.

To have data deleted, ask the firm that sent you the link, or use the contact page. Deletion is performed on request and removes the uploaded files themselves.
