Refunds

Try it first, and pay only if it does the job. The first 14 days are free. Start a request, send your client the link, and see whether they actually use it — no card needed to find out.

If you subscribe and it is not right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and it is refunded in full. You do not have to explain why.

Cancel any time, from the billing page or by asking. Cancelling stops the next charge; anything already collected keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and your files stay downloadable.

If a charge was taken by mistake, or you were billed after cancelling, say so and it is refunded.

This is the whole policy. There is no form to fill in and no retention offer.
