Do my clients need to make an account?

No. The link is the access. A client who has to create a password to send you a bank statement will send it by text instead, or not at all.

What if a client loses the link, or it gets buried?

You resend it from your dashboard in one click. Their old link keeps working too, so an email they find three months later still opens the same checklist.

Can someone else use a client’s link?

Yes, if it is forwarded to them — this is a link, not an identity check. That is the honest trade for having no login. What we do guarantee is that a link reaches exactly one request: it cannot be edited to reach another client, another firm, or your own dashboard. Uploads go into your account and nowhere else.

Where do the files actually live?

On our server, in a directory the web server cannot serve, under random names. They are reachable only through your signed-in session. The security page has the detail.

What happens to my files if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted the moment a subscription lapses. You keep access to what you collected, and existing client links keep working — what stops is creating new requests. If you want your files out, ask and we will send them to you. We do not hold documents hostage.

What file types can a client upload?

PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, text, zip, and photos (JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP) — which is what a phone camera produces, since that is how most receipts arrive. Up to 40MB each.

Will my client get spammed by reminders?

One reminder after a day of nothing, and then they stop. The moment the checklist is complete the reminders stop permanently. Nobody is ever chased for something they already sent.

Is there a limit on how many clients I can have?

No. Nor on requests, nor on uploads. The plans are flat for exactly that reason.

Do you sell or share anything about my clients?

No. We hold the client’s name, their email, the checklist and their files, and we use them to run the service. No analytics on the client pages, no advertising, no resale. Privacy policy.

Can I use this alongside my existing tools?

Yes — it does not ask to be your system of record. Many people will use it purely for the chasing and download the files into whatever they already use.
