How it works

Three minutes to set up the first client. Nothing for your client to install, and nothing for them to remember.

1. You add the client

Their name, and the email the upload link should go to. That is the whole record — we do not ask for their phone number, their address or their date of birth, because none of it helps collect a bank statement.

2. You write the checklist

One item per line:

Bank statement — March
Credit card statement — March
Receipts over $75
Payroll summary

Each line becomes something the client can tick off separately, so a partial delivery is visible rather than a mystery. If it is a monthly job, the same checklist is reused next month.

3. They get one link

No signup, no password, no portal. The link opens a page like this:

What your client sees. The checklist, with an upload button against each item, and one line saying who is asking. Nothing else — no branding of ours, no upsell, no navigation to get lost in.

No account, no password. Upload from your phone; your files go straight to your bookkeeper.

They tap, they pick the file, they are done. On a phone it takes about twenty seconds, which is the only reason it gets done at all.

4. You watch it fill up

Your dashboard shows every request and how many items are in. This is the part that replaces the chasing: an item that has not arrived is visible at a glance instead of at the bottom of an email thread.

5. The reminders stop by themselves

If nothing has arrived after a day, the client gets one short reminder. When the checklist is complete, reminders stop immediately — nobody ever gets chased for something they already sent. That sounds like a small thing. It is the difference between a tool your client tolerates and one they complain to you about.

What this is not

Try it with one client

Put in your email and we send a sign-in link. No password to invent, and nothing to install.
