Two plans, no per-client maths, and a free fortnight before either of them.

Unlimited clients, unlimited requests, unlimited uploads on both. There is no per-client charge and no per-file charge — the thing this is meant to save you is the hours spent chasing, and you should not have to do arithmetic to work out whether it is worth it.

The free fortnight

The first 14 days are free and need no card. Send a real request to a real client and see whether they actually use it — that is the only question that matters, and it is answerable in about ten minutes.

Money back, no questions

If you subscribe and it is not right, email within 14 days of the charge and it is refunded in full. You do not have to explain why. The whole policy is on the refunds page and there is no form.

What you are paying for

• Unlimited clients. 5 or 500 — the price does not move. This is deliberate: a per-client charge would make the tool cost more in exactly the month you were busiest.
• Unlimited requests and uploads. No credit system, no fair-use ceiling, no overage.
• The reminders, and the stopping of them. The follow-up is the product.
• Your clients not needing a login. That is what makes them actually send the documents.

Why it is cheaper than the alternatives

Comparable document-collection tools run from about $35 a month up to several hundred, and several of them charge per user or per client on top. This is $19 for one bookkeeper or $49 for a firm of five, flat. If it saves one client’s fee a month in admin, it has paid for itself.

Honest limits

• Files are capped at 40MB each. That covers scanned multi-page statements comfortably; it is not built for video.
• We take documents, spreadsheets and images — the FAQ lists the exact types.
• It is one workflow done well, not a suite. If you need e-signature or a full client portal, this is not that and you should buy the thing that is.
